ESUT Embarks On Three-week Easter Break, Medical Lab Quota Increased to 240

Nigeria’s Premier Science and Technology university, ESUT, will embark on a three-week break for Easter holiday.
This is part of the University Senate’s resolutions during its sitting on Thursday.
An impeccable source told ESUT Monitor that the three-week break will commence from Friday, March 28 to Friday, April 15, 2024.
This is coming after the federal government on Wednesday declared Friday March 28 and Monday April 1 as public holiday for the celebration of Easter.
This year’s Easter celebration, marking the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, is on Sunday, March 31, 2024.
Meanwhile, the management of Enugu State University of Science and Technology, ESUT, under the leadership of distinguished Vice-Chancellor, Professor Aloysius-Michaels Okolie, has recorded another mile stone as the quota of the Medical Laboratory Department has been increased to 240.
This was disclosed by the VC during the University Senate’s sitting on Thursday.
ESUT Monitor was told reliably, that the Medical Lab students are to be transferred to Agbani permanent campus by September from Enugu metropolis.
