Our Day four of the unveiling of the Best Graduating Student (BGS) from each department in ESUT today features Mr Agboeze Henry Okechukwu of the Department of Industrial Chemistry.

An indegene of Isi-Uzo Local Government Area of Enugu State, Mr Agboeze Henry Okechukwu emerged the BGS of his department with Final Cumulative Grade Point Average FCGPA of 4.460, thus earning him 2nd Class Honours (Upper Division) Degree.

Mr Agboeze is currently undergoing his mandatory National Youth Service Corps programme in Delta State, South-South Nigeria.

An honest man with strong loathe for dishonesty, the Industrial Chemistry BGS reckoned that his years in ESUT were formative as they equipped him with the requisite knowledge to face his future.

He dedicated his achievement to his family and the wonderful lecturers in his department.

“My years at ESUT was incredible, I’ve grown academically, socially and personally. I’ve learned to balance responsibilities, take calculated risks, and pursue opportunities. I’m excited for the years and beyond.

“Coming out as the best graduating student in industrial chemistry department is a great feat to me. Of course this feat wouldn’t have been possible without the support of my beloved family and the good lecturers in my department,. This success is for them,” he said.
