Agbani – As retuning students continue to find their feet back into the campus for lectures following resumption of academic activities in ESUT for the 2024/2025 session, the Department of Continuing Education and Development Studies (known as Adult Education in the JAMB portal) has announced admission openings for candidates who seek to study the course.

Covering ten strategic areas of human development, Department of Continuing Education and Development Studies offers students the needed skills to become future leaders and moulders.

Therefore the department is calling on prospective students who scored 160 and above in the 2024 JAMB UTME to make hair while the sun is shining.

According to a statement released by the Head of Department, Dr Nwoye Victoria, the opportunity also extends to students who neither chose ESUT as their first nor second choice in the just concluded JAMB UTME. However, such students are directed to go and apply for change of institution form with JAMB and proceed with their application

“Anyone who sat for the JAMB Examination and scored up to 160 and is interested in gaining admission into the Enugu State University of Science and Technology, (ESUT) Agbani, should apply to Department of Continuing Education and Development Studies.

“All that you need are the candidate’s Jamb result(in English and any three other subjects), Post UME score & WASC/ NECO result

“If the candidate did not choose ESUT he/she should first make a change of university and course online and bring the print out to the department or contact is through our various channels,” the statement made available to ESUT Monitor, reads.
