Gov Mbah Congratulates Rangers Trio on Super Eagles Performance

The Executive Governor of Enugu State, His Excellency, Barr Dr Peter Ndubuisi Mbah has congratulated the trio of Rangers International F.C of Enugu for their scintillating performance with the Super Eagles during their match against Black Stars of Ghana in London on Thursday.

The Rangers Players – including captain and midfielder, Ugwueze Chinemerem; defender, Ifeanyi Onyebuchi and midfield marshal, Isaac Saviour all featured for the Super Eagles’ during their Unity Cup Tournament match against Ghana in Brentford, London.

Governor Mbah in his message described their performance as “nothing short of outstanding,” helping Nigeria secure a triumphant victory over Ghana adding that their display were evidence of the talents and discipline that defines the Coal City State

“I’m excited to congratulate our very own Ugwueze Chinemerem Collins, Ifeanyi Onyebuchi, and Isaac Saviour of Rangers International F.C of Enugu, who proudly represented the Super Eagles of Nigeria yesterday in London at the Unity Cup Semi Finals.

“Their performance was nothing short of outstanding, helping Nigeria secure a triumphant victory over Ghana. This moment is a powerful testament to the talent, discipline, and spirit that define Ndi Enugu.

“Kudos to the entire Rangers International FC family. This milestone proves that we’re not just watching from the sidelines but producing champions who shine on the global stage.

Nigeria beat Ghana 2-1 in the Semi-final match to secure a berth with Mexico in the final today which will start by 7pm.

The trio, haven excelled in their various positions are expected to retain their places against the Reggae Boys of Mexico tonight.
