​The Student Union Government, School of Postgraduate Studies, Enugu State University of Science and Technology, has elected Comrade Ahanaonu Samuel as the new President.

​The election conducted on Friday via the university’s portal saw Comrade Ahanaonu polled 450 votes to defeat his closest opponent, Okeke Sunday, who got 270.

​After the election, the President-elect, while speaking with ESUT Monitor  reporters, stated that his motivation to contest came from his wealth of experience and conviction.

​”I have been in the student leadership community for years in various capacities, having served as Chief of Staff to a former SUG President in my undergraduate days, and currently serving as Chief of Staff to the Zonal Coordinator, Zone F, National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS),” he said.

​He further emphasized that when he came for his master’s degree in ESUT, he observed that a particular department, Education, has always been in charge of leading the Postgraduate community.

​”If we truly practice democracy, there must be rotation, inclusiveness and equity. Leadership should cut across all faculties and departments, not be monopolized by one,” Comrade Ahanaonu said.

​”I contested last year for this same position. Due to electoral malpractice and irregularities in the online election process, I lost. A committee was set up to review the election, but till today that committee never sat. Instead of giving up, I told myself I would come back stronger.

” This time around I contested again and, by the grace of God and the support of Postgraduate students, I won.”

​His motivation revolves around showcasing the leadership capacity he has built over the years and putting ESUT Postgraduate School on the world map to compete globally.”

​

​The new president also explained his vision for postgraduate students of ESUT, stating that he wants to build a community that can partake in global competitiveness, welfare and academic excellence.

​”Within one year, we will: campion students’ welfare and academic ease, especially on PG verification, defense and result issues, ensure inclusive governance where every faculty and department is carried along, drive digitalization and proper information dissemination for PG students, facilitate linkages, seminars and research opportunities that will expose ESUT PG students to the global academic world equally, restore the dignity and voice of the Postgraduate Union Government’.

​”We want to leave a legacy that the next administration will build on. To all Postgraduate Students of ESUT, I say thank you for your trust and mandate. This victory is not mine alone, it is ours.”

​He assured Postgraduate students of an open, transparent and student-driven administration.

The Management of Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT), on Thursday officially donated operational 10-seater minivan Toyota Sienna to the Department of Medical Laboratory Science and the Entrepreneurship Development Centre, EDC.

The presentation ceremony took place at the university’s main campus in Ebeano City, Agbani. The Vice-Chancellor, Professor Aloysius-Michaels Okolie, led the university management team to officially hand over the keys and vehicular assets to the leadership of both departments.

Making the presentation to the Department of Medical Laboratory Science, in the presence of the Registrar of Medical and Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN), Dr Donald Ofilli, ESUT Vice-Chancellor, Professor Aloysius-Michaels OKolie, said the vichcular donations are part of policies by the management to encourage the department and the Centre in their day-to-day activities.

The Vice-Chancellor noted that the intervention serves to motivate academic staff and students while resolving internal transport challenges. He noted that the initiative directly complements the broader vision of the Enugu State Government under Governor Peter Mbah, who has prioritized experiential learning, research, and technical capacity-building across the state’s tertiary institutions.

“This is the first time in many years that a department and the Entrepreneurship Centre are being presented with cars to aid their administrative duties. The Department of Medical Laboratory Science told us they needed a car and brought sum money which the management supported. That of the Entrepreneurship Development Venture was paid in full by the team management of the Centre.

“Today, we happy that the Med Lab Department is receiving their car in the presence of the CEO of their professional body. This is not just an honour, but a testament that the university takes our programmes seriously,” he said

He further urged the beneficiaries to ensure that the cars are out in good use, well-maintained and deployed for the services of the university.

Speaking after receiving the car key from the Vice-Chancelor, MLSCN Registrar, Dr Offili thanked the management for showing practical instance and support to the department and urged the staff and students to make optimal use of it.

Also speaking, the Director of Entrepreneurship Development Centre, Professor Jude Udenta, expressed gratitude to the management and promised that the vehicle will be effectively utilised

The vehicle donation aligns with ongoing campus-wide reforms and infrastructure upgrades aimed at transitioning ESUT into a leading center for practical excellence and experiential learning

The vehicle allocated to the Medical Laboratory Science department will serve as a critical logistical asset, facilitating community health outreaches, student clinical postings, and the safe transport of medical research materials.

The vehicle assigned to the Entrepreneurship Development Centre will drive operational efficiency, enabling the Centre to engage closely with local businesses, industrial parks, and corporate entities for student internship supervision and collaborative projects.

The Registrars, Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN), Dr Donald Offili  on Thursday charged newly inducted 93 graduates of the Department of Medical Laboratory Science, Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT), to be compassionate and professional in the discharge of their duties.

Congratulating the newly inducted professionals during the sixth induction/oath-taking ceremony, Dr. Ofili, urged the university management to continue to strengthen practical training, acquire modern laboratory equipment and invest in staff development to sustain ESUT’s reputation as a leading institution for science education in Nigeria.

Addressing the inductees, Dr. Ofili reminded them that they were transitioning from students to professionals entrusted with the responsibility of safeguarding human lives.

He noted that every laboratory specimen represents a patient whose diagnosis and treatment depend on accurate test results, stressing that medical laboratory science is not merely a profession but a profound ethical responsibility.

“Any sample represents life. Inaccurate laboratory results could lead to wrong diagnoses and inappropriate treatment, making professionalism, integrity and precision indispensable in practice. The keynote speak took you through the rigours of being a Medical La Scientists but I charge you to be compassionate and professional in the discharge of your duties.

“A patients in your ward is somebody’s parent, mother, father, brother, sister, relative who are anxiously waiting for his or her return. Every patient in your ward, puts his trust in you, do not disappoint them,” he said.

In his remarks, the Vice-Chancellor of ESUT, Professor Aloysius-Michaels Okolie, congratulated the graduates and urged them to uphold the university’s values as worthy ambassadors wherever they practice.

He warned that the university reserves the right to withdraw the certificate of any graduate found guilty of unprofessional conduct or actions that violate the regulations of the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria.

Professor Okolie reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to raising the standard of medical laboratory education in the institution, revealing that the university is working towards establishing a Faculty of Medical Laboratory Sciences.

He also announced that the university had provided a Sienna bus to the department to improve operational efficiency and facilitate the movement of key members of staff.

In a keynote lecture titled “From Knowledge to Service: Upholding Excellence in Medical Laboratory Science,” Dr. I. P. Udoh of the University of Nigeria, represented by Eyiuche Ezigbo, charged the inductees to use their knowledge in the service of humanity.

The Prof Udoh stressed that laboratory results must always be accurate, timely and confidential, noting that clinicians rely heavily on laboratory data to make informed treatment decisions.

The graduates were encouraged to embrace continuous learning, particularly in the era of automation and artificial intelligence, while avoiding unethical practices such as result manipulation and procedural shortcuts.

Chairman of the ceremony and member representing Nkanu East Constituency in the Enugu State House of Assembly, Hon. Okey Mbah, congratulated the inductees and commended the ESUT management for its developmental strides, describing the university as a leader in innovation and academic excellence in the South-East.

Hon. Mbah also presented a cash award of N200, 000 to the overall best graduating student, Mary Cynthia Onah.

The Head of the Department of Medical Laboratory Science, Dr. Miriam Aniagolu, formally presented the 93 graduates for induction and received commendation from the inductees for her dedication and invaluable contributions to their academic and professional development.

In her speech, the Best Graduating Student, Onah Cynthia expressed appreciation to the university management, the Dean of Faculty of Allied Health Sciences and the staff of the Department of Medical Laboratory Science for their sacrifices and commitment in molding them.

She promised, on behalf of her colleagues, to be good ambassadors of the university and uphold the ethics of the profession.

ESUT Management, Tuesday inspected ongoing facilities upgrade at the recently recovered ESUT ICS, (former MSP Complex) in Enugu.

Speaking during the inspection visit, the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Aloysius-Michaels Okolie who led all members of his management to the premises expressed deep appreciation to the state government for her intervention in the recovery of the facility stating that Management had taken some critical decisions to make the complex a beehive of academic activities and give it the visibility it rightly deserved.

One of such decisions he said is the ongoing massive facelift of one of the wings of the complex with the aim of moving the Institute of Peace, Conflict and Development Studies, IPCDS to the wing from its temporary base at ESUT Business School before the end of August 2026

The facelift which Management observed had reached advanced stage included the provision of modern classroom and office furniture, provision of other facilities, reroofing and construction of modern administrative and classroom blocks.

On completion of the construction, the Vice Chancellor said that the renovated wing would serve as prototype in dealing with other wings housing JUPEB and Institute for Continuing Studies, ICS.

Another major decision of Management concerning the complex according to the Vice Chancellor, is the designation of the premises as a Centre or Headquarters for parking all operational vehicles of the university.

“We are now moving all operational vehicles here, we have built car park for all the critical vehicles, before the end of this week, all ESUT vehicles at the pool will be here”

For security and other precautionary measures, the Vice Chancellor said that ten Industrial Solar light panels known for their longevity, strength and wider coverage have been procured for deployment around the premises to help in surveillance of the environment.

Prof Okolie also said that another ten of the Industrial Solar lights would also be deployment at the MME Department.

Before rounding off the inspection, the Vice Chancellor noted with concern that two plots in the ICS complex have not been recovered but stressed the commitment of management in recovering all appropriated ESUT properties.

“You know we recovered this property but we have not fully recovered all, we discovered that two plots are still being withheld by unknown persons who appropriated ESUT land. We shall take practical steps to initiate the process as quickly as possible to recover all the properties”, he said.

While commending the project supervisors for work so far done, the Vice Chancellor urged them to go extra mile as Management would continue with routine visits to ensure timely and quality delivery.

As part of its avowed disposition for the advancement of experiential learning, the management of Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT) on Monday received 400 desktop computers from the Enugu State Government and deepen scholarship in the University.

Receiving the commuters along with the university management, the Vice-Chancellor Professor Aloysius-Michaels Okolie, expressed appreciation to the Enugu State Governor,  Barr Peter Mbah for his continued efforts in repositioning the University

The Vice-Chancellor stated that the 200 of the computers will be deployed to the ESUT College of Medicine, while the reaming will be installed in the 500-capacity ICT building at the University’s Main Campus, Ebeano City, Enugu State.

Expressing his great delight over the donation, the Vice Chancellor stated that the computers would help to activate the 500-capacity ICT Centre in the main campus, noting that the centre would be used for internal and external examinations such as JAMB’s computer-based examinations, NECO, and Joint Universities Preliminary Examinations Board, JUPEB examinations.

“We thank His Excellency, Governor Peter Mbah of Enugu State for this noble and generous support to ESUT, which would enhance scholarship in our university. The students of this university would make effective use of these computers and the dream of actualizing experiential learning would be actualized in the University.

“We have decided to activate the experiential learning model in its academic and practical form in the University starting from the 2026/2027 academic session. We have already mandated the Director of Academic Planning, Professor Chike Anibeze, to set up several committees that would further review the 30% component of CCMAS in order to infuse AI, Cyber Security, Data Science and other new courses with approval from the NUC into our curriculum, so that whatever course you are studying in ESUT, you will learn new knowledge of what would make our graduates to be globally competitive and market-ready upon graduation,” he said.

Prof Okolie said that ESUT would serve as a complementary ground for producing smart teachers who will drive the Smart Green Schools initiative of the Enugu State Government. He said ESUT would be the signpost for the revolution of education sector in Nigeria in providing solutions for the challenges of our time.

Speaking in an interview, the Provost, ESUT College of Medicine, Prof Uchenna Ekwochi described the donation as “the game changer” adding that it would upscale activities in the College particularly their e-library.

Prof Ekwochi who expressed deep gratitude to the Governor of Enugu State and the ESUT management, further stated that the computers would be judiciously deployed, monitored and used.

“When we received the set of computers, our joy was exceedingly high because we requested for it. We are going to deploy them in our e-library where students are going to optimally make good use of them because already we have internet connectivity in the College. The computers will also be useful in some offices that critically needed it for their secretariat works.

“Having said that,, I want to express, on behalf of the College, our deepest appreciation to His Excellency, Barr Peter Ndudbuisi Mbah for always coming through for us. There is no request that we have made that he didn’t approve and implemented. We are assuring him and the university management that the computers will be judiciously deployed, professionally maintained and effectively protected,” he said in a telephone interview.  

The computers were delivered to ESUT by the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor of Enugu State on Legal Matters and Intergovernmental Affairs, Juliet Okonkwo.

A fatal road accident occurred today in Amodu Awkunanaw, involving a bus conveying Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT) students and staff to their examination.

According to reports, the bus was transporting students to their exam venue when it collided with a tricycle, popularly known as a Keke, coming from the opposite direction. The incident took place within the Amodu Community in Nkanu West Local Government Area.

The collision resulted in the instant death of one passenger in the Keke. Three other individuals sustained severe injuries and were unconscious at the time of filing this report. Fortunately, none of the ESUT students on board the bus sustained any injuries.

The President of the Student Union Government (SUG), Senator Nwobodo Chidera, who witnessed the incident, confirmed the crash. He commiserated with the family of the deceased, praying for the repose of their soul, and wished the injured casualties a quick recovery. He also urged all motorists to exercise caution and adhere strictly to road safety regulations to prevent future tragedies.

Furthermore, the student representative in charge of the Abakpa student axis confirmed via the Station Officer (SO) that all buses conveying ESUT students and staff have been suspended and recalled to the terminal following the incident.

The Provost, ESUT College of Medicine, Prof Uchenna Ekwochi on Thursday launched a scholarship scheme for Primary 6 Pupils in Enugu State.

Prof Ekwochi made the launching during the 2026 Cultural Day of the Smart Green School, Umueze Awkunanaw Campus in Nkanu West Local Government.

Prof Ekwochi who sponsored the event, said he decided to partner with the management of the school to use the occasion to mark his birthday and that of his son as an appreciation to the school that groomed him.

Speaking during the event, the Provost whose administration has transformed the ESUT College of Medicine including expanding its quota from 240 to 350 – the highest number across the country – lauded the management of the campus for their administrative blueprint and praised Governor Peter Mbah for his ingenuity in introducing the smart school education system in the state.

“I want to express my gratitude to God who by His mercy granted me and my son the grace to add a new year to ourselves on this day, July 23, 2026. When the Head Teacher spoke about the cultural day in our platform, I discussed it with my wife and we reached out to him to sponsor the cultural day.

“Today we are not just honourd by the pupils who are here in their numbers but by the presence of some of my classmates and Igwe of our ancient community. While I was watching the pupils’ presentation, I spoke to my wife on what we can do for them and an idea came through. My wife suggested that we establish a scholarship scheme where we will be awarding a small token of N100, 000 to the best graduating pupil in Basic 6. We will be doing this every year as the Lord keeps us alive.” he said.

The Provost also praised the Enugu State Governor, Peter Ndubuisi Mbah for introducing the Smart Green School model in the state stressing that it would empower the children to do exploits in life. The Prof of Pediatrics further commended the Smart Green School Umueze Campus under the administrative head of Mr Ngene Nwabuze on their efforts in nurturing the children at their care and urged them not to relent.

Prof Ekwochi further appealed to the good people of the community to take ownership of the new structure and safeguard it. Stressing “The government has done its best by providing us with this wonderful edifice and equipping it. It is therefore our solemn responsibility to take ownership of the school and protect it. This school does not belong to the state government, it belongs to us and we need to protect it for the sake of our children and the good of our community.

“We should therefore endeavour to protect the facilities from misuse and vandalism and assist the government in maintaining the structure and content of the Smart Green School “and other government facilities in our community.”

Earlier in his opening remark, the Head Teacher of the school, Mr Negne Nwabueze, expressed appreciation to Prof Ekwochi and his family for accepting to sponsor the Cultural Day. While appreciating the Enugu State Government for the Smart Green School system, he stated that the school has some teething challenges and expressed hope that the government and well-meaning individuals would come to their aide to solve them. 

“Our special appreciation to His Excellency, Barr Dr Peter Ndubuisi the Executive Governor of Enugu State whose visionary leadership has made it possible for us to be here. You provided us with quality desks, tables and desks for teachers and the 25 classrooms and offices, solar-powered borehole with overhead tanks for water supply. There are also the provisions of smart boards, computers, Wi-Fi, science laboratory equipment, experiential learning equipment, digital library, books and many others, for the smooth and effective pedagogy.

“We may have some challenges but they are expected in a budding bold ideas like this and we trust the Governor and well-meaning philanthropists in and around our communities to come to our help soonest,” he said

Also speaking, the Igwe of Umueze Ancient Kingdom, HRH, Igwe Emeka Ani, the Igwe Na Ezoroha II, who was accompanied by the former Caretaker chairman of Umueze town Union Engr Okwudiri Ohaa, Commended the sponsor, Enugu State Government and the good people of hi kingdom for their support in sustaining basic primary education in the community.

The paramount ruler who described basic school as the incubator of great men and women, said that with proper leadership and continued support from all and sundry, the Smart Green School project of the Enugu State will continue to yield results.

The Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT) has indefinitely suspended two staff members of its Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering over their alleged involvement in cases of extortion and breaches of the university’s regulations.

In separate letters signed by the Registrar, Ambrose G. Ugwu, the university announced the indefinite suspension of Dr. Ojeh Collins and Engr. Emmanuel Eze following the report and recommendations of a committee set up to investigate the allegations.

According to the letter addressed to Dr. Ojeh Collins, the Vice-Chancellor, on behalf of the University Management, approved his indefinite suspension without pay with effect from July 20, 2026. The letter stated that the action followed the committee’s findings on his alleged involvement in reported cases of extortion and regulation breaches. He was directed to immediately hand over all university property in his possession to the Head of the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

Similarly, Engr. Emmanuel Eze was suspended with effect from July 20, 2026, pending further investigation by the Senior Staff Disciplinary Committee. The university said the suspension was based on the committee’s report and recommendations regarding his alleged involvement in the reported cases of extortion and regulation breaches. He was also directed to hand over all university property in his possession to the Head of Department.

In a related development, the university issued a warning to the Acting Head of the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Dr. Princewill Ene.

A warning letter dated July 21, 2026, stated that the Vice-Chancellor, acting on the committee’s recommendations, directed that Dr. Ene be warned for poor monitoring of activities within and around the department during his tenure as Acting Head of Department.

The university cautioned that any further report against him on related matters would attract maximum sanctions in accordance with the institution’s existing regulations. All the letters were signed by the Registrar, Ambrose G. Ugwu.

Newly inducted graduate nurses of the Department of Nursing Science, Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT), have been charged to uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics and integrity as they begin their careers in the nursing profession.

The charge was given by the Registrar and Chief Executive Officer of the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN), Dr. Ndagi Alhassan, during the third induction ceremony for 78 graduates of the Bachelor of Nursing Science programme held at ESUT, Enugu, on Thursday, July 23, 2026.

The Registrar who was represented at the ceremony by a Director of Nursing Services, Dr. Joy Oko, urged the inductees to remain worthy ambassadors of the nursing profession, their university and Nigeria by adhering strictly to professional ethics and maintaining a patient-centred approach to healthcare delivery.

He reminded the graduates that the oath of allegiance administered during the induction officially admitted them into the nursing profession as Registered Nurses (RNs), empowering them to practise anywhere in the world after completing their internship programme.

According to him, nurses are entrusted with the responsibility of protecting human life and must therefore strive for excellence, lifelong learning, evidence-based practice and continuous professional development to remain relevant in the ever-evolving healthcare sector.

The Registrar also encouraged the newly inducted nurses to embrace research, keep pace with technological advancements in healthcare and prioritize their physical, mental and emotional well-being to enable them deliver quality healthcare services.

He cautioned them against the misuse of social media, urging them to maintain professional boundaries online and use digital platforms responsibly to protect the image and reputation of the nursing profession.

Dr. Alhassan further called on the graduates to actively participate in research through the Council’s African Research Journal and to join the global “Nursing Now Nigeria” campaign aimed at promoting the status of nurses. He noted that following their induction, they would receive temporary licences, induction certificates, logbooks and checklists to commence their internship.

Earlier, the Vice-Chancellor of ESUT, Professor Aloysius-Michaels Okolie, represented by the Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Professor Chike Nwoha, congratulated the graduates for their academic achievement and urged them to remain worthy ambassadors of the university.

He said the university had invested significantly in their academic and professional development through quality teaching and research, warning them to avoid actions capable of tarnishing the institution’s reputation.

Professor Okolie highlighted the university’s commitment to strengthening medical and allied health education, noting that programmes such as Optometry, Physiotherapy, Medical Radiography, Nutrition and Dietetics, and Public Health had received full approval from the National Universities Commission and had commenced academic activities.

Quoting nursing pioneer Florence Nightingale, he encouraged the graduates to embrace lifelong learning while upholding the values of excellence, compassion and integrity throughout their careers.

The Vice-Chancellor also expressed appreciation to the lecturers, parents and guardians for their support, while commending the Enugu State Government and Governor Peter Ndubuisi Mbah for providing teaching support and critical equipment to the Department of Nursing Sciences and other programmes in the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences.

In his remarks, the Chairman of the occasion, Professor Christian Ngwu, while congratulating the inductees,  urged them to be tolerant   with patients at the course of their career practice.

Prof Ngwu, who is the Chairman of Enugu State Independent Electoral Commission, ENSIEC, equally urged the inductees to be compassionate with their duties in order to excel in the Nursing profession.

In her Keynote presentation, titled ‘Carrying the Torch, Shaping the Future Care, Dr. Chidinma Israel, stated that Nurses are the highest contributors in the global health space, and urged the inductees to develop critical thinking abilities.

She stated that Nurses excel when they embody the characteristics of dedication, sacrifice and excellent service delivery.

The best-graduating student, Udebuchi Jacinta, thanked the University Management, their lecturers, parents and well-wishers for their support and quality teaching.

The election was conducted on Monday at Nkwo Arusi, Umana Ndiuno. The community became joyous as Ozo Chimaije emerged after other contestants withdrew from the race.

During his acceptance speech, he stated:

“First and foremost, my highest gratitude belongs to the Almighty Creator of the heavens, the earth, and all that dwells within. It is He alone who has granted us the grace to witness this day and to behold the new dawn that we, the people of Umana Ndiuno, have proudly chosen. To Him be all the glory, for His grace has brought us peace and unity at this sacred moment.”

He extended his gratitude and appreciation to the Executive Governor of Enugu State, Dr. Peter Mbah, represented by delegates from the Ministry of Chieftaincy Affairs, led by the Honourable Commissioner, Dr. C.O.C. He equally acknowledged the President General, Chief Chinedu Chineke, the Igwe Election Committee, and the current Onowu, Chief Engineer Dr. Kenneth Enebe, for the transparency and free and fair election conducted. He further appreciated the observers and friends of the community who travelled from far places to witness the election.

“Your impartial presence and words of encouragement added integrity and credibility to the entire exercise. Thank you for standing with us. And to all my supporters who worked very hard day after day and night after night, campaigning to see this come to reality, may God bless you.”

To his co-contestants, he said: “Thank you for your willingness to offer your service to Umana Ndiuno. Special appreciation to Ozo Hon. Festus Ifeacho for his respectful campaign and his courage to step aside in the name of unity in our community for peaceful coexistence.”

He assured his fellow co-contestants that he is open and ready to work alongside them.

“Together, we will build an Umana Ndiuno not only of our dreams, but one we will be proud to hand over to future generations.”

“I thank the Almighty God for His mercy and kindness in keeping us all alive to witness this day. Now, my beloved people of Umana Ndiuno, with a heart full of joy, I declare before you and before the Almighty God: I have accepted the outcome we witness today, and I accept the responsibility of serving as your Igwe, Awo IV of Umana Ndiuno. This is not a victory for one individual; it is a victory for our unity, our heritage, and our common future. No one lost; rather, we all have won. And when we all win, Umana Ndiuno wins.”

“As this journey begins, I humbly seek your full support, prayers, and blessings, as I ask for the wisdom that only the true God can provide to guide me and direct my steps as I lead Umana Ndiuno along this new path. The new dawn is here. Umana Ndiuno is now undergoing a fresh start, affording us all the opportunity to set aside individual differences and private misunderstandings.”

He urged the people to maintain peace and harmony, calling for dialogue for reconciliation.

“Anyone who feels he or she has offended another, or has been offended, I kindly urge you to seek reconciliation and find a way forward. I will not be a party to any internal conflict that has, in the past, undermined us in all ramifications.”

“I intend to focus on the work at hand and make appointments based on competence, free from any external interference. This will enable us to bring forward those who will add genuine value to Umana Ndiuno with their skills, work experience, or academic knowledge,” he said.
