Enugu – Erudite Professor of Political Science, Professor Okechukwu Richard Oji will next month deliver the 40th Inaugural Lecture of the Enugu State University of Science and Technology, ESUT.

Themed “Politics of the fence and Politics of the Bridge: a Desiderata for Effective Boundary Management in South-East Nigeria”, will hold on Thursday, 28th November, 2024 at the new Multipurpose Hall, ESUT main Campus, Agbani commencing from 11am.

The 40th inauguration Lecture, the 8th this year, is coming after another academic colossus and a Professor of Mass Communication, Prof Sunny Emmanuel Udeze delivered the 39th Inaugural Lecture on September 12, 2024 dealing with Africa’s image management and new leadership perspective.

Prof Oji, the current Director, ESUT Consultancy Services, is bringing his wealth of experience to bare on the national discourse dissecting the issues surrounding South-East region of the country and boundary management, politics within.

Inaugural Lecture in ESUT, colloquially designated as Academic ỌFALA, has become a current and consistent policy of the current ESUT Management led by the Vice-Chancellor, Prof Aloysius-Michaels Okolie.
