The Enugu State contingent to the 2024 National Sports Festival (NSF) will depart the state today to participate in the festival.

The 22^nd edition of “Nigeria’s Olympic” will hold from Friday 16 to Friday 30 May, 2025.

Team Enugu is expected to leave this morning as hostilities begin on Sunday. The team will participate in 12 events which include, athletics, badminton, basketball boxing, handball, football female, judo, tennis, para-athletics, powerlifting, wrestling and swimming.                            

Team Enugu will be aiming to improve on their 26^th position at the Asaba 2022 Festival where the team won 9 medals comprising one gold, one silver and 7 bronze.
