The former Secretary General of the Student’s Union Government (SUG) of Enugu State University of Science and Technology, (ESUT) Ambassador Chisom Chibuzor Nonyia (Valour) has been appointed Programmes Manager of Sound Education Ambassadors (SEA), a Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) interested in the delivery of sound education across Nigeria and Africa at large.
The event which took place on Tuesday at the NGO’s Head office in Enugu is regarded as a massive achievement not just for the Ambassador, but for the entire community of Enugu State University of Science and Technology his Alma Mater.
However, speaking shortly after the appointment, the C. E. O of the organization, Hon. Tony Nwachukwu, said the appointment comes as a result of the deliberate impact the young Ambassador has made so far, his resilience, humility, doggedness and outstanding leadership skills which he has demonstrated over time and as such has every quality to help the organization achieve it’s goals.

Ambassador Chisom in his appreciation speech, thanked the C. E. O for entrusting him with such responsibility, promising that with the help of his team, he’ll steer the organisation to its Eldorado.
Recall that Ambassador Chisom was the Secretary to the Students Government (SSG) to the Students Union Government (SUG) during the tenure of Comrade Donatus Okolieuwa who was the President in the 2023/2024 academic session of ESUT. He also assembled a team of ESUT young graduates that will be part of his new journey.
